Alright, I'm sure most of us have books we can't find. Weather it's at a book store or in our messy or over organized rooms.

Personally I have this happen a LOT. Most of my books were all packed up when we moved and we've only found a fraction of them. I can find my animorphs collection but I can't find anything I really miss. I'm not as worried about not being able to find a book at the store because the nearest borders is a few hours away. Thus, failure.

Books I can't find:

Book two of the Darksword Trilogy. Sure, the series took an unwanted and questionable turn at the ass-end, but I loved book two. I was still super young and that book introduced me to a number of things. I love the magician dude whoes name escapes me. I liked it better than the third book and it's tied with the first in many areas.

My set of the Chrestomancy Chronicals. . . . I LOVE THESE BOOKS. They are by Diana Wynn Jones and they got her on my favourite authors list from those two books alone. One of the first non-traditional fantasies I read aside from Tamora Pierce's works. I REALLY wanna reread these books!

Book of Enchantments by patricia wrede. I've already read this book of short stories three times but I NEVER get tired of it. Roses by moonlight. Cruel sisters and the sleeping beauty reinvisioning are among my favourite stories, the last of them being a HUGE inspiration for the idea that lead to the fairytale RP. Hell, it has been a huge inspiration PERIOD. Roses by moonlight set a fairytale in a modern light and... *faints* I just love the story. The theme of choosing one's fate and then the twist from the obvious... I loved it. I actually loved EVERY story in the book, even The Frying Pan of Doom which had many references to the main series patricia Wrede writes that I've not read (though I own the second book... somewhere.)

The entire series of the circle of magic by Tamora Pierce. I own three of them and can't find any of them, not even Briar's book which is one of my few hard backs and one of my faves.

(Edit: The frying pan of doom is actually named "Utensil stength" and the sleeping beauty retelling is "Stronger than time" )
