Darkrest Academy.

Plot- Open. Feel free to go wild
Character limit- You may have as many characters as you can handle at one time. However, all students must be humanoid. Creatures can be teachers as long as they are somewhat humanoid and MUST be able to teach their class!
Setting: The Performing Arts Academy Of Darkrest. A large, multiple building where the best of the best train from as young as five years to as old as sixteen before they're sent to apprintice for a year before being considered 'graduated. Darkrest Academy is a huge place, surrounded by a little town that grew around the neutral ground. It is near the desert countries so it is a hot climate.
Rating: I'd like to keep it T for the most part, I'm willing to let it take it's course to M if that's where it goes.

Rules:
1: Read all of the below!
2: No god modeing or puppeteering.
3: No blocking!
4: This should be a no brainer by now, but be at least a little realistic! Your 10 year old monkey is NOT going to be a master of every form of martial arts out there, if even one. I WILL call you out if I see this going on.
5: Keep the setting in mind, magic is plentiful. It's not used like it's going out of style, but it's still used.
6: Please, try to include everyone.

This RP is set in a high magic area. To be exact, it has magic classes on top of the official classes. Five years prior to the RP non-mages were allowed into the academy, so about 80-90% of the students are mages. Magic is allowed to be used in classes, however teachers are immune to the spells.
All students live in dorms. The best of the best live in one of the four floors of the dorms that are a part of the main building, everyone else lives in one of six other dorm buildings chosen for them by their main classes.
These dorms are based on the following classes.
Dancing.
Singing.
Theater.
Instrumental music.
Circus arts.
And busking & Misclaneous.
Much of the magic in Darkrest is nontraditional. There is everything from enchanters, to pictomancers to Flight.
Lastly, students are only accepted as young as five and as old as ten unless there is a special circumstance. One can not buy their way into Darkrest.

She was so nervous! Lavania, the oldest entrant to Darkrest in a long time, well, second oldest, was walking the halls of the large building with all of the other new students. This bergundy eyed, black haired and olive skinned girl really stood out in the mass of 5-10 year olds. Eve though there were a few students from each building there to show them to their dorms once the tour was over, they stayed near the back of the group talking.
"this hall is home to the nine and ten classes." Said the headmistress as they turned a corner. "Please note that circus arts is held in a different building," She said, convincing most of them that this constant reminder was the woman's mantra.
She was an old woman, a famous singer in her golden years. Her hair had long since greyed and thinned, though she still wore it long and tightly braided. Her face was wrinkled a great deal, but it showed that she was a woman of laughter, even if her lips were currently perced into a frown. Who could blame the old woman? She was in her seventies yet she was escorting around a number of children who, the majority of them, weren't even listening to her.

Vavi was a young girl she was about six. Her black bangs bouncing with a black witches hat that she loved to wear. She just came and she didn't know anyone so right now she was quiet in amongst the young kids with the teacher. Her green eyes looked around the place.

Cara was tall for her age, lanky almost with her mousy brown hair that reached to the middle of her back. she was ten and looked like the type who was easily teased. Her eyes were a very pale brown as she looked around the room, looking for anyone who could be a friend. it was her first year there and she was happy to be with people like her but still very nervous. Then her eyes met with Vavi and she tried to smile back.

Vavi's greens eyes looked at her. She then looked around not sure if Cara was looking at her or not. She then looked at Cara and then a big smile come on her face. Vavi goes over to her. " Want to be my friend!?"

Lavania watched the goings on, she'd stopped listening to the head mistress as they'd entered the relm of eleven year olds.
She was twelve, yes. But she was doomed to be in the nine year old class for this year. She fingered her bangs nervously, the rest of her hair braided into two braids that half way down were merged into one big braid.
Secretly, she was eaves dropping on the two girls in front of her. She had little better to do.

Cara chuckled. "alright..." she looked around and saw Lavania. "wow... your so pretty..." this was a girl who tended to say what she should have been thinking.

Dash as alwalys was bored as he attemped to listen to the teacher. The eight year old boy was a little short for his age and looked strange in his magicain coustume. He even had the top hat which he mainly wore to cover up his brown and red hair. The multi colored hair embarassed him and did not match his blue eyes. He was a bit of a weak child and was slightly pale wich made him seem very stange. 'I hope no one makes fun of me here like the did at my old school' he thought to him self. As he walked beside Lavania which made him look even shorter

Vavi was upset now that Lavania was getting more attention then her. She glared at Lavania was wasn't she told she was pretty. She then looked away and crossed her arms.

He hadn't spoken a word since the tour had started. That might have been because of scaring off the first person to approach him by answering the questions they were about to ask before they were asked, and not being approached by anyone after that. He was short for his age - he was eight, but seemed to barely have been three and a half feet. His hair was very curly, and atleast looked like it could have felt silky, the color of burnished iron, falling finally at the small of his back. Lavender eyes watched the others, and many of those who caught his gaze couldn't help but look away immediately. Something about that stare just seemed to pierce you.

The tall girl looked around, blinking a bit before looking at Cara and pointing to herself. "Me?" She asked, not expecting someone to just randomly up and say something like that out of the blue.
