a spider stopped it's scuttling. It had taken a long time to find this room but the effort was paying off. It watched and listened. Across the castle spiders stopped moving.
They are in hiding, she won't expect us now. We should strike!

Reine said, already standing up and moving to the door. "this will work I think. If it's long and weak, it'll be easy to break. If it's short, well, I can last a few months with pretty much any spell they'd do."

The girl got the goor open, walking out as she looked back at Arian. She turned her head once they were both out... and let out a shriek of surprize. The robed woman with long, slick black hair stood there. "Your family wishes me to escort you back! You're coming with me, Miss Avial!"
Dieter had come running at the shriek. He stood there staring a moment. "What...?"
