Laaaaaaiiin. :D I'm also likeing BLEACH, but it's starting to become obvious it's just another shounen with every episode being a new ultimate power.
... I read more than I watch anime XD;

My fave of all time is Tenchi universe. followed by Cowboy bebop, Ranma 1/2, Naruto, Love Hina, Gunsmith cats, Bleach, and many more. But there is one I bought a while back that I love and it's called Voices of a Distant Star. It's a sad love story. One guy named Makoto Shinkai made the show all by himself no other artist at all. It was what inspired me to strat drawing.

yeah voices of a distant star was brilliant considering he did pretty much everything himself... and then he made "places promised in our early days" which is a feature he made with a big team... and it's just wonderful... really great story teller

I like Fullmetal Alchemist and Fruitsbasket most of all, but I also love Tenchi Muyo (though I've barely seen any episodes--whatever channel used to show it doesn't show it anymore).

I like all the shows you mentioned but haven't seen a whole lot of Fruit Basket. and Tenchi is one of the best shows ever.

I'm an FMA manga reader so for me the anime really doesn't do the manga justice, with out the writers blessings it really just spite right in Hiromu Arakawa face.
In my opinion.
OK...Escaflowne is my favorite of all time, it was the anime that started my obession with watching Japanese cartoons. Stopped what I was doing and watch it faithfully on YTV every week when I was about 12 years old.
Dragonball Z...Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, & Trunks, what else can I say.
Witch Hunter Robin is third on my list. For what it was, It as it's place in the top animes in my books.
For one honorable mention is Love Hina, I think I watched that whole series including the three movies in under just under 48 hours....man that was fun.

I'd have to say Gungrave is my favourite anime. Amazing what they can pull out of a mediocre PS2 game.

Hm... I think Devil May Cry is a great anime ...but I'm biased because I worship the games... *strokes her games lovingly*
Rozen maiden, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Ouran High Host Club, Excel Saga (all those because of a certain Kathy I know), Gravitation, Naruto (before and after Fillers), Sailor Moon (YAY!^^), Full Metal Alchemist, Dragonball Z (I watched that till my eyes bled), ne...that's all I can remember at the moment

I was worried that you didn't like Melancholy... i mean i essentially made you wake up and then forced you to watch it lol
it's also funny I didn't get to show you how out of order it was...
i just hope and pray that the rumors of season two are real.
